We are seeking a detail-focused & comprehensive individual to be an Accounts Payable Clerk with our Welshpool team!
ABOUT THE POSITION
- Full Time, but Part Time considered (30 to 38hrs per week)
- Process outgoing Auction Vendor Payments
- Reconciliation of Accounts Payable Ledger
- Generate reports detailing Vendor Payments on a weekly basis
ABOUT YOU
- Proven experience in an Accounts Payable role
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping & accounts payable principles
- Proven ability to manage accounts payable functions
- Hands on experience with spreadsheets & accounting packages
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or within a team
Please Note
Applicants will be required to pass a police clearance & pre-employment medical.
Full training in auction specific procedures will be provided.
