(All goods must be removed by 3:30pm on Friday the 19th of December). PLEASE NOTE: Any invoice changes required after the closure of the auction will incur a $150/per invoice fee.

All items at Ross’s Auctions are sold on an ‘as is, where is’ basis. This means the item is being sold in its current condition, regardless of any faults or damage. The bidder accepts full responsibility in satisfying themselves with the item prior to bidding. It is recommended that that if the bidder is in doubt, not to bid as no returns or refunds will be made. 

NOTE: No payment is available onsite for these items. Payment must be made prior to entering site for collections.

NOTE: To collect your goods, please ensure you have a valid form of Photo Identification present (such as a Driver's Licence) if you are requested to confirm your identity.

**IMPORTANT INFORMATION**

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL PAYMENTS FOR THIS AUCTION MUST BE MADE PRIOR TO CLOSE OF BUSINESS ON THURSDAY THE 18TH OF DECEMBER, AS ROSS'S AUCTIONEERS & VALUERS WILL BE CLOSED FROM FRIDAY THE 19TH OF DECEMBER DUE TO OUR CHRISTMAS CLOSURE, THEREFORE PAYMENTS MAY NOT BE PROCESSED.


NOTE: Please adhere to the specified Collection Period to avoid any delays. All uncollected goods beyond the designated timeframe will be considered abandoned by the Buyer and subject to resale to recover Storage Fees. In the event of a late collection, a Late Collection Fee of $20 per item, per day, will apply starting AFTER the designated timeframe. Payment of all accrued fees of late-collected goods will be required for goods to be released.
