All items at Ross’s Auctions are sold on an ‘as is, where is’ basis. This means the item is being sold in its current condition, regardless of any faults or damage. The bidder accepts full responsibility in satisfying themselves with the item prior to bidding. PICK UP: Goods to be collected by Appointment, from Monday the 23rd of November to Friday the 18th of December 2026, Nathan River Resources, Roper Bar Mine, NT. (All goods must be removed by Friday the 18th of December 2026). PLEASE NOTE: Any invoice changes required after the closure the auction will incur a $150/per invoice fee.

NOTE: To collect your goods, please ensure you have a valid form of Photo Identification present (such as a Driver's Licence) if you are requested to confirm your identity.

NOTE: Please adhere to the specified Collection Period to avoid any delays. All uncollected goods beyond the designated timeframe will be considered abandoned by the Buyer.

Upon receiving invoice for winning lots, payment can be made through your Member Tools, EFT or In-Person at our Welshpool Complex located at 453 Orrong Road.
